Cancellation Policy

We understand that unplanned issues can come up and you may need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be cancelled at least 24 hour in advance. Please arrive on time for your appointment! Regretfully late arrival will constitute reduced treatment time but you will be charged a 100% of the reserved treatment price. Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge that is equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. No Shows and last minute cancellations will be charged for a 100% of treatment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
